Aware of the constraints relating to costs, utilities, space, flow rates and biosafety containment, the patented SINK unit offers an easy, affordable and sustainable solution for the decontamination of biohazardous liquids produced in Research Labs, Contract Manufacturing Organizations, Biotech Start-ups, Hospitals, Diagnostic Centers and Forensic Departments.
With a treatment capacity of 26 gallons per day, the SINK decontamination system has been designed to secure and facilitate your laboratory operations. It integrates a sink equipped with a self-closing tap allowing to have a safe water point in your contained room (effluent discharge, rinsing…).
This compact unit, easy to integrate near your bench or workstation, meets the strictest decontamination standards, allowing your staff to work safely.
Mass produced, available from stock and tested in our facility before shipment, it will be fully operational as soon as plugged and does not require any servicing.

Decontamination
- Heat treatment with F0 from 25 to 50 depending on the required safety levels
- Standard set 275°F – 2 minutes (adjustable settings from 250°F to 275°F with a holding time of 2 to 10 minutes)
- 6.6-gallon biowaste storage tank
- Automatic start of treatment cycles according to the level of effluent
- Guaranteed effluent decontamination with validation of the treatment efficiency by sensors and temperature control in several points including the coldest point
- Ensured containment of contaminated effluent
- Continuous operation thanks to the collecting tank located before the decontamination tank so as not to have to stop the use of the unit during the treatment cycle
